James C. Webering
James Webering was born and raised in Red Oak, Iowa with humble roots. His father was a World War II veteran and ran small dry cleaning business that James C. Webering worked in until he went to college.
He attended the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa and graduated with a B.A. in History with Honors. After that he attended law school at Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana where he earned his Juris Doctor.
James C. Webering has practiced law for 31 years, including 8 years as the Mills County Attorney and 6 years as a Judicial Magistrate. As Mills County Attorney, Mr. Webering has handled hundreds of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.
Mr. Webering has also maintained a general practice and has extensive experience in civil and criminal law.
